First of all, thanks for taking a look at my blog. I’m pretty excited to be writing about what I live for; motocross and fitness of course.  I’m Sean and I have been riding since I was 13 years old.  I’m 21 years old now and pursuing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida.  I am also certified by the American College of Sports Medicine in Personal Training.

I first started to train for racing in high school and did, what I thought at the time, was effective.  It helped somewhat, but as I researched more and more, I learned to train smarter and it became more of an obsession.  After a few major changes in college, I realized that this was truly what I loved to do.  So I decided to make MxTrainingBlog to help riders avoid the mistakes I made.

I would greatly appreciate some input too.  I am not only here for myself, but for everyone else.  If you want some info on anything fitness and racing technique, I would be more than happy to make a post or just email you some stuff.
