First of all, thanks for taking a look at my blog. I’m pretty excited to start blogging about what I live for….MOTOCROSS! and fitness of course.  But, before any more, I would like to introduce myself.  I’m Sean and I have been riding since I was 13 years old.  I’m almost 20 now and I am going to school at the University of South Florida.  I am majoring in Athletic Training because I love fitness and training for motocross.

Me at Seminole MX...kinda old, but it's a good picture!I’m not a professional, C class at best haha, and I don’t have a degree yet.  However, I just love to read about racing techniques and training for the sport.  This is what led me to start writing about everything I have learned.  I have so much information on the sport; I think it could really benefit people who want to better their riding.  When you’re healthier, riding is more enjoyable. 

I would greatly appreciate some input too.  I am not only here for myself, but for everyone else.  If you want some info on anything fitness and racing technique, I would be more than happy to make a post or just email you some stuff.
